Wildcat Hills Preschool Program

The Wildcat Hills preschool programs will meet once a month at 10am MT at the Wildcat Hills Nature Center. Certified staff will lead various programs that include a story, hands-on activities and themed lesson. Activities will focus hands-on learning and observations, specifically targeted for early learners’ ages 2-6 years. These programs will be conducted rain or shine, so be prepared for the unpredictable Nebraska weather! A valid Nebraska Game and Park Entry Permit will be required for this FREE program. Let’s uncover the big cats that call this area home! February 13, 2024– Dark Skies Most of us are familiar with air, water and soil pollution, but too much light at night can also be a form of pollution. Let’s reveal the benefits to dark skies! March 12, 2024– Powerful Prairie Dog Discover the role prairie dogs play in the prairie ecosystem and the habitat they provide.
